Hal Jackman Foundation
Mission
Since 1990, the Hal Jackman Foundation has promoted Toronto’s cultural sector and strengthened the city’s educational institutions. Through its programs and grants, the Foundation advances artistic achievement and increases access to and appreciation of arts and culture. The Foundation believes cultural activities are essential tools in fostering vibrant, livable communities. In the last 18 years, the Foundation has awarded more than $12 million to over 200 arts and education institutions, underlining the Hal Jackman Foundation’s civic commitment to Toronto.
